2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Persons below 18 may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Account and Communications

You may be required to provide accurate and current information when placing orders or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account. You consent to receive transactional and service communications from us by email, SMS, WhatsApp, and phone in connection with your orders.

4. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, including dimensions, materials (filament type), colours, and intended use.

You acknowledge and accept that:

3D-printed products are manufactured layer by layer and may exhibit minor visible layer lines, seams, or finish variations that are inherent to the additive manufacturing process and not defects.
Colour, texture, and finish may vary slightly from on-screen images due to monitor calibration, lighting, and filament batch variation.
Slight dimensional tolerances (typically within ±0.5 mm) are normal and within industry standard.
Products are designed for the intended use described on the Website. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, modification, exposure to excessive heat or load, or use beyond the stated specifications.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

We accept payment through the methods listed on the Website, including UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets, processed by third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment gateway. We do not store complete card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.

Tax invoices will be issued in compliance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and Rules thereunder.

6. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or inability to ship to your location. In the event of decline, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

A contract of sale is formed only upon our written confirmation of order acceptance, typically delivered by email.

7. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Products that are customised, personalised, or manufactured to your specifications (including bespoke designs, custom colours, custom dimensions, or logo-engraved items) are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has commenced, except in case of manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Detailed specifications must be confirmed in writing before production begins.

8. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Refunds, returns, and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy. Both policies form an integral part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including product designs, photographs, illustrations, text, logos, the "Tactform Ventures" brand, and the tagline "Think it, Print it," is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent. You may not reverse-engineer, scan, or otherwise replicate our 3D-printed product designs.

If you submit any custom design, artwork, or specification to us for printing, you warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to such content, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Website to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
Upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
Submit custom design files containing weapons, firearms components, counterfeit items, or any item prohibited under Indian law
Interfere with or disrupt the Website, servers, or networks
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Website without our consent

11. Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, or testimonials about our products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes, with attribution where appropriate. You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 19 below, the courts at Mangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

19. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through good-faith discussion within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Mangalore, Karnataka, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Consumers retain the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

20. Modifications to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after such revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
